Indigenous Excellence in Nigerian Energy
Delivering Sustainable Energy Solutions through Operational Excellence and Innovation
Building Nigerian capability, not importing it
Windek Oil and Gas Limited is a fully indigenous Nigerian energy company headquartered in Port Harcourt, Rivers State. We deliver services across upstream operations, midstream and LPG infrastructure, and engineering and logistics.
Our position as an indigenous operator is deliberate. Nigeria has substantial energy resources and a growing base of local engineering capability, but significant project value has historically left the country through imported expertise. We are building that capability here: developing local project management, engineering and workforce capability on projects measured in years rather than single assets.
That commitment shows up concretely in the way we deliver. We take integrated responsibility as an EPCI contractor rather than bidding only for the packages we can execute, which means more of the project scope, spend and knowledge stays inside the local economy.
Founding
Established in Rivers State
Windek Oil and Gas Limited was registered in Nigeria (RC 1493721) and began operations from Port Harcourt, building capability across the oil and gas value chain.
Capability
Three service lines built out
Upstream operations, midstream and LPG infrastructure, and engineering and logistics were developed into integrated, accountable service lines rather than separate trade offerings.
Flagship
LPG Terminal Facility committed
A 20,000 metric tonne LPG storage and distribution hub at Atabrikang, Akwa Ibom, valued at $100M and delivered as an integrated EPCI project with Cakasa Nigeria Limited.
Next
Regional expansion
Expanding LPG infrastructure into additional states while pursuing new exploration and production blocks and developing solar and LPG hybrid solutions.
Operational Excellence
in Energy
Windek delivers energy services from a single indigenous base, with in-house capability across the value chain rather than a network of partner contractors.
That structure decides how a project runs. Engineering, construction, marine logistics and field operations sit under the same management, so scheduling, procurement and site execution are planned by the people who will be accountable for the result. Nigerian content compliance is treated as a delivery requirement on the contract rather than a reporting exercise afterwards.
